Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

For health and safety reasons, there is no refund or exchanges. If you feel you have gotten a defective item, please don’t hesitate contact us by email or phone.

 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Generally, all orders are processed within 3-5 Days.

 

Can I color my extensions?

Yes. Our hair is 100% virgin human hair. The hair can be colored and flat ironed. For best results we suggest you take your extensions to a licensed professional. 

 

How many bundles do I need for a full sew- in?

For 12-18 inches we suggest 2-3 bundles. For 20-30 inches we suggest 3-4 bundles.  How many bundles you need solely depends on your own personal preference of thinness or thickness. Please be advised, the longer the length the thinner the bundle.
